      I tried to open these graphics, but am not able to do so in winrar. Is there another way to open these graphics using the normal Microsoft jpg, etc.

        Hi Lillian. First, you’ll have to extract the compressed files using winrar. Then find the *.eps file and open it in Adobe Illustrator or any other vector editing software. If you down have one, you can always download Inkscape – a free vector graphic software: http://inkscape.org/download/?lang=en . Then you should be able to save it in .jpeg format.
